Overview
Gebbers Farms deployed PlantWatch for pallet build error proofing in their fruit packing operation. A 16-camera Halo vision system verifies that the correct product, count, and label are on each pallet layer before it proceeds to shipping — preventing costly mislabeled or mixed-product pallets from leaving the facility.

Results
The system eliminated mislabeled pallet shipments that had previously resulted in retailer chargebacks. Every pallet is now photographically verified at each layer, with images stored alongside the pallet ID in the database. Gebbers can pull up the build history and camera images for any pallet shipped in the last 12 months.
